 I enjoyed sitting back, listening and letting my pen decide how to interpret the step by step voice instruction of Molly Hollibaugh on the Zentangle YouTube site.

There were no visual references to guide you to the end so you just had to trust your instincts and let yourself draw. This was surprisingly more relaxing than I expected.
